Promotion Terms & Conditions

Thanks for your interest in our promotion! No one loves fine print, so we promise we'll keep this short and sweet.

Acceptance: By redeeming or attempting to redeem an offer, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.

Offer Period: Promotions are only available for a limited time, for as long as advertised on apotecari.com.au, facebook.com and/or instagram.com. Apotecari reserves the right to cancel or change any promotion at any time without notice and in its sole discretion.

Our current promotions:

• 25% OFF CONCIERGE SUBSCRIPTION REACTIVATION
  
  25% off for three payments offer is available from 23 June 2026 to 1 July 2026 (AEST) and is open to existing Apotecari Concierge customers with a paused or cancelled subscription only. One offer per customer. Not available to new subscribers or customers with an active subscription.

  To redeem, enter code COMEBACK25 at checkout when reactivating your subscription. The discount is applied as a compounded rate: a 15% Concierge subscription discount is applied to the RRP first, followed by a further 12% off the discounted price, resulting in an effective saving of approximately 25% off RRP. The promotional 12% discount applies to your first three subscription payments only, after which your subscription will revert to the standard Concierge rate of 15% off RRP. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotional code.
  
  In the event that a promotional code is not applied at the time of checkout, Apotecari will not issue a refund or credit equivalent to the discount. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the coupon is successfully applied prior to finalising their purchase.
  

  You may choose to receive your subscription delivery every 30, 60, or 90 days and will be automatically charged at that same frequency. All subscription orders are fulfilled in our home-compostable replenish packs:
  30-day delivery: 1 x 30-day replenish pack every 30 days
  60-day delivery: 2 x 30-day replenish packs every 60 days
  90-day delivery: 3 x 30-day replenish packs every 90 days

  You may skip, pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time via your Concierge Dashboard. Any changes must be made at least two (2) business days prior to your next scheduled charge. Changes made after this window may result in your next order being processed at the current scheduled rate.

  By reactivating your subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription carries an initial and recurring payment charge at the rate current at the time of each charge, as displayed on our website. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
  Apotecari reserves the right to terminate any subscription at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

  A complimentary gift valued at over $40 will be included with your third subscription delivery. This offer is limited to one gift per customer. Customers who have previously received an Apotecari Concierge gift at any point are not eligible for a further gift. Gift is subject to availability and may be substituted without notice.

  Offer is available while promotional codes remain active. Apotecari reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without notice.

Conditions: Promotions may be subject to availability. Promotions are not valid for cash or cash equivalent. Offers are non-transferable. All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD). All dates and times specified relate to Australian Eastern Standard Time or Australian Eastern Daylight Time when relevant.

Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases nor combined with any other offers or discounts unless explicitly noted. Promotions are not valid on wholesale orders unless explicitly noted. Promotions are valid with purchases via apotecari.com.au only.

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and cannot be redeemed with concierge purchases.

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes are valid for a maximum of 3 months.

Gift with Purchase offers are limited time only, while stocks last. GWP codes can be redeemed off full price items only unless stated otherwise.

Discount codes cannot be applied to shipping fees.

Influencer/partnership discount codes cannot be applied to concierge items and cannot be combined with any other discount codes or offers.

All purchases are subject to Apotecari’s standard Terms and Conditions.

Exclusions: Electronic Gift Cards and shipping are excluded from Offers unless otherwise stated.

Redemption: To redeem an offer during an Offer Period, enter the advertised redemption code into the coupon code box during the checkout process and the discount and/or complimentary item will be applied automatically to your cart. The promotion is valid for one purchase per user unless otherwise stated.

Changes: Apotecari reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the offer by the company’s own discretion.

Offers: From time to time Apotecari may run promotions on apotecari.com.au, facebook.com and/or Instagram.com which are subject to both these Terms and any additional promotion-specific Terms which are incorporated into the advertised promotion. You should ensure that you read the specific conditions that apply to each promotion.
