These terms govern all promotions offered by Apotecari. Please read the general conditions together with the terms of the specific promotion you are taking part in.
Acceptance: By redeeming or attempting to redeem an offer, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Promoter: Healthcare Product Specialists Pty Ltd ACN 169 017 467, ABN 51 169 017 467 trading as Apotecari (“we”, “us”, “our” or “Apotecari”).
Conditions: These general conditions apply to all Apotecari promotions. Each promotion listed below has its own terms, which prevail over these general conditions where they differ.
Promotions may be subject to availability. Promotions are not valid for cash or cash equivalent. Offers are non-transferable. Unless a promotion states otherwise, all monetary amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD) and all dates and times are in Australian Eastern Standard Time or Australian Eastern Daylight Time, as applicable.
Unless a promotion states otherwise, promotions are valid on purchases via apotecari.com.au and apotecari.co only.
Unless a promotion states otherwise, promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases, cannot be combined with any other discount, offer or promotion, and cannot be applied to Concierge (subscription) purchases. This includes influencer and partnership discount codes.
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes are valid for a maximum of 3 months.
Gift with Purchase offers are limited time only, while stocks last. GWP codes can be redeemed off full price items only unless stated otherwise.
All purchases are subject to Apotecari’s standard Terms and Conditions.
Exclusions: Electronic Gift Cards and shipping are excluded from Offers unless otherwise stated.
Redemption: To redeem a code-based offer, enter the advertised code in the discount code field at checkout before completing your order. Automatic offers, including gifts with purchase, are added to your cart when the qualifying conditions are met. You are responsible for confirming the discount or gift appears in your order before completing your purchase. Unless a promotion states otherwise, each offer is valid for one purchase per customer.
Changes: Apotecari reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law. Any change will not reduce the benefit of an eligible order already placed.
Offers: From time to time Apotecari may run promotions on our websites (apotecari.com.au and apotecari.co), social media channels, email and SMS which are subject to both these Terms and any additional promotion-specific Terms which are incorporated into the advertised promotion. You should ensure that you read the specific conditions that apply to each promotion.

Promotion Period
This is an ongoing offer. Apotecari can end or change it in line with the General Conditions on this page.
Eligibility
The offer is available to individual consumers who complete My Hair Analysis at mha.apotecari.com.au and purchase via apotecari.com.au, or apotecari.co.
The offer is not available to wholesale partners, salons, resellers or commercial buyers. It is also not available to customers who received their My Hair Analysis recommendation through an Apotecari salon partner.
Offer
Eligible customers receive 15% off the products in their My Hair Analysis recommendation when all recommended products are in the cart.
The discount applies automatically at checkout. No code is required.
If any recommended product is removed from the cart, the discount is removed.
The discount applies to all units of the recommended products in the order.
Any products in the cart that are not part of the recommendation are charged at the standard price.
Subscriptions
Concierge (subscription) products are not eligible. The 15% discount applies to one-time purchases only.
Exclusions
The discount does not apply to gift cards or shipping.
Combining Offers
The offer cannot be combined with any other discount code, voucher or promotional offer. Where more than one discount is eligible, only one will apply.
Returns and Refunds
Refunds for returned products are processed at the discounted price paid.

Promotion Period
This offer runs from 8:00 am AEDT on Monday 19 October 2026 until 11:59 pm AEDT on Monday 26 October 2026 (the "Promotion Period").
Eligibility
- The offer applies only to eligible orders placed during the Promotion Period.
- The promotion is available to Australian Official Salon Stockists, including accounts approved during the Promotion Period ("eligible salon partners")
- The promotion is available for orders placed via apotecari.com.au or through Apotecari's standard salon ordering channels, including phone, email and text.
- The promotion is not available to individual consumers, other wholesale partners (e.g. online retailers) or commercial buyers.
- Apotecari may request verification of a customer's salon or professional status before fulfilling an order.
- The offer is not transferable.
- Eligible salon partners can place multiple orders during the Promotion Period.
Offer
- Eligible customers receive 20% off the standard wholesale price of all products purchased sitewide during the Promotion Period.
- To receive the discount, enter coupon SALONCYBER26 at checkout on apotecari.com.au, or quote SALONCYBER26 when placing an order by phone, email or text. Apotecari must receive phone, email and text orders within the Promotion Period, as recorded by Apotecari's systems.
- The offer applies to all Apotecari products available for wholesale purchase, excluding gift cards.
- The offer must be redeemed during the Promotion Period. Apotecari will not retrospectively apply the discount to orders placed before or after the Promotion Period.
- The customer is responsible for entering or quoting the coupon and confirming the discount appears in the order total before completing the order. Apotecari will not issue a refund, credit or price adjustment for any order placed without the coupon successfully applied.
- The discount cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or an alternative product or service.
Combining Offers
- Apotecari's standard salon volume pricing (for orders of 20 or 50 units) does not apply to orders placed during the Promotion Period.
- The 20% discount is calculated on the standard wholesale price. The offer cannot be combined with any other discount code, voucher, promotional offer or incentive, unless explicitly stated by Apotecari.
Shipping
- Standard shipping charges apply unless the customer qualifies for free shipping under Apotecari's applicable shipping terms.
- Shipping eligibility and any free-shipping threshold will be calculated using the qualifying order value after the promotional discount has been applied and before any shipping charges.

Stock and Availability
- The promotion is subject to stock availability.
- No rainchecks will be offered for sold-out products, unless required by law or otherwise agreed by Apotecari.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds for cancelled or returned products are processed at the discounted price paid.
- Refunds will be processed in accordance with Apotecari's applicable returns policy and the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- If a product purchased under the promotion is faulty, damaged or not as described, customers should contact Apotecari so the issue can be assessed and resolved in accordance with applicable consumer law.
General
- These terms prevail over any inconsistent condition on this Promotion Terms & Conditions page, including conditions that promotions are not valid on wholesale orders, apply to purchases via apotecari.com.au only, or are limited to one purchase per user.
- Apotecari reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or extend the promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
- Apotecari reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, or withdraw the promotional benefit, where it reasonably believes the offer has been used fraudulently, unlawfully or contrary to these terms.
- This includes using multiple accounts, providing false or misleading information, supplying promotional stock to etailers, other wholesale customers or commercial buyers, automated purchasing, or any attempt to circumvent the eligibility requirements.
- Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
