Thanks for your interest in our promotion! No one loves fine print, so we promise we'll keep this short and sweet.

Acceptance: By redeeming or attempting to redeem an offer, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.

Offer Period: Promotions are only available for a limited time, for as long as advertised on apotecari.com.au, facebook.com and/or instagram.com. Apotecari reserves the right to cancel or change any promotion at any time without notice and in its sole discretion.

• BIRTHDAY SALE
  

  Promotion Period
  * The 9th Birthday Sale runs from 12:00am AEST Wednesday 3 June 2026 to 11:59pm AEST Monday 8 June 2026 (the "Promotion Period").
  * The offer applies only to eligible orders placed during the Promotion Period. Apotecari will not retrospectively apply the offer to orders placed before or after this period.

  Eligibility
  * The promotion is available to individual consumers purchasing through apotecari.com.au or apotecari.co.
  * The promotion is not available to wholesale partners, resellers, distributors, or commercial buyers. Customer accounts tagged as wholesale are excluded.
  * Concierge (subscription) customers remain eligible for the 25% discount on one-time (non-subscription) products in their cart. Subscription items in the same order continue to receive the standard Concierge benefit and are excluded from the 25% promotional discount.

  The Offer
  * Eligible customers receive 25% off one-time (non-subscription) products purchased during the Promotion Period.
  * The discount is applied automatically at checkout. No code is required.
  * The 25% discount does not apply to:
  a. Concierge (subscription) products
  b. Gift cards
  c. Wholesale orders
  d. Pre-orders, back-orders, or waitlist items fulfilled outside the Promotion Period

  Combining Offers
  * The 25% promotional discount cannot be combined with any other discount code, voucher, store credit, or promotional offer, except where explicitly stated in these terms.
  * Concierge subscription benefits apply only to subscription items and will not stack with the 25% discount on the same product.

  Gift With Purchase: Bonus Coupon
  * Customers who spend between $149.00 and $168.99 AUD in a single transaction during the Promotion Period receive a 20% off coupon for their next order.
  * Customers who spend $169.00 AUD or more in a single transaction during the Promotion Period receive a 30% off coupon for their next order.
  * Spend thresholds are calculated based on the order total after the 25% promotional discount has been applied, and inclusive of shipping and any applicable taxes (including GST).
  * International orders placed through apotecari.co are measured against the AUD equivalent using the exchange rate applied at checkout.
  * Gift card purchases do not contribute to the spend threshold calculation.
  * Each customer is eligible to receive one bonus coupon only, regardless of the number of qualifying transactions placed during the Promotion Period. The coupon is single-use per customer.
  * The bonus coupon will be delivered via email within 72 hours of order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. Apotecari is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, spam filtering, or other delivery issues outside our control.
  * The bonus coupon is valid until 11:59pm AEST Wednesday 9 September 2026.
  * The bonus coupon excludes Concierge (subscription) products and gift card purchases.
  * The bonus coupon cannot be combined with any other offer, code, or promotion, except where explicitly stated.
  * The bonus coupon is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or another product.
  * The bonus coupon is limited to one use per customer

  Shipping
  * Free standard shipping applies to Australian & EU orders with a cart value of $99 AUD or more, calculated after the 25% promotional discount has been applied.
  * Free standard shipping applies to all other orders with a cart value of $300 AUD equivalent or more, calculated after the 25% promotional discount has been applied.

  Stock and Availability
  * The promotion is subject to stock availability. No rainchecks will be offered for sold-out products.
  * Value bundle products, including 90-day kits, duos, and trios, could be supplied in alternative secondary packaging due to demand or availability during the Promotion Period.

  Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
  * Refunds for returned items will be processed at the discounted price paid, not the standard retail price.
  * If a customer returns or cancels part of a qualifying order such that the remaining order total falls below the bonus coupon threshold, or moves into a lower coupon tier, Apotecari reserves the right to void or adjust the bonus coupon accordingly. Where the coupon has already been redeemed, Apotecari reserves the right to deduct the equivalent value from the refund.
  * Promotional discounts are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash or credit.

  General
  * Apotecari reserves the right to modify, cancel, or extend this promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
  * Apotecari reserves the right to disqualify any customer engaging in fraudulent activity, abuse of the promotion, or breach of these terms, including cancelling orders and voiding bonus coupons.
  * Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  * These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

  • Eligibility
    This promotion is open to Apotecari salon and retail partners who receive the survey invitation directly from Apotecari.

  • Promotion Period
    The survey must be completed by 11:59 PM AEST, 01 June 2026.

  • How to Participate
    To receive the offer, participants must complete the survey in full within the promotion period.
    Incomplete, invalid or duplicate submissions will not be eligible.

  • Offer Details
    Eligible participants will receive a 20% off voucher via email upon completing the survey.
    One voucher per business and per email address.

  • Voucher Validity
    The voucher is valid until 11:59 PM AEST, 01 June 2026.
    Any unused vouchers will expire after this date.

  • Redemption Conditions
    The voucher:
    Applies to base wholesale pricing
    Applies to order value before shipping
    Excludes bundles
    Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer (including volume discounts), promotion or discount code
    Is valid for one-time use only

  • Returns and Refunds

  • Misuse

    By completing the survey, participants consent to Apotecari using their responses for internal analysis and business improvement purposes. All responses will be handled in a de-identified manner and will not be attributed to any individual or business.

• MANE EVENT SYSTEM GIVEAWAY

  Promotion Overview
  The promoter of this competition is Healthcare Product Specialists Pty Ltd trading as Apotecari ("the Promoter"). Full company details are available in the Promoter's Terms of Service at https://apotecari.com.au/policies/terms-of-service.
  All participants must enter via the Apotecari Mane Event System Giveaway sign-up form available at https://apotecari.com.au/pages/competition.

  Eligibility
  This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. The prize can only be delivered to addresses within Australia.
  This offer is available to individual consumers only. It is not available to wholesale partners, resellers, or commercial buyers.
  Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, contractors, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter.
  Only new Apotecari newsletter subscribers are eligible to enter. Individuals who are existing Apotecari subscribers at the time of entry are not eligible.

  How to Enter
  One (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
  To enter, complete the sign-up form at https://apotecari.com.au/pages/competition during the Promotion Period. Entry constitutes subscription to the Apotecari newsletter as a new subscriber.
  This competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

  Promotion Period
  Entries open 00:01 AM AEST 5 May 2026 and close 11:59 PM AEST 31 May 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

  The Prize
  Three (3) winners will each receive:
  One (1) Apotecari Mane Event System 12-month Concierge subscription, comprising a 12-month supply of Mane Event and Mane Event Elixir, delivered via the Apotecari Concierge subscription program. Each prize is valued at $1,200 AUD (based on the bundle price, which reflects 15% off the combined standalone RRP of $1,438.80).
  Total prize pool value: $3,600 AUD.
  The prize is not transferable, refundable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other product.
  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value between the date of this promotion and the date the prize is redeemed or fulfilled.

  Winner Selection and Notification
  Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 business days of the close of the Promotion Period.
  Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry no later than 11:59 PM AEST 7 June 2026.
  Each winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days of being contacted. If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize may be re-allocated to the next eligible entrant selected at random.
  The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

  Additional Terms
  The Promoter reserves the right to verify any entry or entrant at any time and may disqualify any entrant it has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or deemed fraudulent. This includes entries submitted via competition aggregator or referral websites.
  The Promoter is not liable for the safe shipment or delivery of the prize and will not replace the prize if it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
  The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participation in this promotion or use of the prize.
  The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time if unforeseen circumstances prevent it from running as planned.

  Privacy and Data
  By entering, participants consent to receiving email marketing communications from Apotecari. Participants may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email communication.
  Personal data collected through this promotion (including name and email address) will be held by Apotecari and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
  Participant data may be used to build audiences within third-party advertising platforms (including Meta) for the purpose of targeted advertising by Apotecari. This use is governed by the relevant platform's terms and privacy policy.
  All personal data collected will be handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Apotecari's Privacy Policy, available at https://apotecari.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.

  Platform Disclaimer
  This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Instagram or Facebook) or TikTok. Any questions or complaints regarding this promotion should be directed to Apotecari, not to these platforms.
  Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Conditions: Promotions may be subject to availability. Promotions are not valid for cash or cash equivalent. Offers are non-transferable. All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD). All dates and times specified relate to Australian Eastern Standard Time or Australian Eastern Daylight Time when relevant.

Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases nor combined with any other offers or discounts unless explicitly noted. Promotions are not valid on wholesale orders unless explicitly noted. Promotions are valid with purchases via apotecari.com.au only.

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and cannot be redeemed with concierge purchases.

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes are valid for a maximum of 3 months.

Gift with Purchase offers are limited time only, while stocks last. GWP codes can be redeemed off full price items only unless stated otherwise.

Discount codes cannot be applied to shipping fees.

Influencer/partnership discount codes cannot be applied to concierge items and cannot be combined with any other discount codes or offers.

All purchases are subject to Apotecari’s standard Terms and Conditions.

Exclusions: Electronic Gift Cards and shipping are excluded from Offers unless otherwise stated.

Redemption: To redeem an offer during an Offer Period, enter the advertised redemption code into the coupon code box during the checkout process and the discount and/or complimentary item will be applied automatically to your cart. The promotion is valid for one purchase per user unless otherwise stated.

Changes: Apotecari reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the offer by the company’s own discretion.
