Hair is almost entirely made of protein, so giving it a steady supply helps it grow strong. These delicious Choc-Berry Cashew Protein Cups (recipe by Jasmine Jaye Naturopathy) do exactly that, packed with cashew butter, dark chocolate, and a serving of Hair Atelier® in every bite. They're a rich, no-bake treat worth keeping on hand all year round. Great post-workout, as a midday snack, or a treat after meals, no matter the season.
Makes 4-5 cups
For the cups
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
3 tbsp cashew butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
8 tsp Apotecari Hair Atelier®
1/2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
For the topping
50 g dark chocolate, melted
Optional: Hemp seeds, crushed nuts, or crushed freeze-dried berries to sprinkle on top.

Method:
- Using a spatula, mix the melted coconut oil, cashew butter, maple syrup, salt, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Next, mix in the Hair Atelier® powder, combining slowly until no lumps remain.
- Pour the mixture into small cupcake moulds or a small slice tray (you can slice the portions later).
- Leave room at the top of the muffin moulds so you can pour a thin layer of melted chocolate over each cup.
- Sprinkle with your toppings of choice, then refrigerate for at least half an hour to set.
- Pop out of the moulds and store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 weeks or in the freezer for 3 months.
Bon appétit!
